4Shipping & Delivery

For product orders confirmed through Terra Digester, the following shipping terms apply unless otherwise specified in your order confirmation:

* Delivery times refer to arrival at the destination country, not including customs clearance procedures. As the importer of record, you are responsible for ensuring availability for customs procedures and any related delays or costs.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide shipment tracking information where available.

5Warranty

Terra Digester warrants that, for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery, each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

During the warranty period, we will provide — free of charge — replacement of any component that is confirmed to be faulty or has failed as a result of a manufacturing defect. This warranty covers:

• Structural components and tanks forming part of the digester system
• Gas collection and piping components supplied with the system
• Mechanical parts included in the original product delivery

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by accident, natural disaster, or external factors outside normal operating conditions
• Modifications or repairs carried out without authorisation from Terra Digester
• Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or components not supplied by Terra Digester
• Performance variations due to suboptimal waste inputs, climate conditions, or incorrect operation

6Returns & Cancellations

Terra Digester is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following return and cancellation policy to be fair to both parties.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your written order confirmation. Cancellations received within this window are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative and payment processing fee.

No Returns After Dispatch

We strongly encourage all customers to:

• Carefully review product specifications and suitability before placing an order
• Contact us with any technical questions prior to confirming your purchase
• Ensure that site conditions, infrastructure requirements, and local regulations permit installation before ordering

How to Initiate a Cancellation

7Refunds

Once a valid cancellation request is received and approved (within the 3-day window), we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request and the outcome of our review.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If You Have Not Received Your Refund

If you believe your refund is delayed, please follow these steps before contacting us:

2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary by institution
3. Allow up to 10 business days from the date of our refund confirmation email
